What I have built

Three projects, three roles — from transformation inside a corporation to building my own company.

Role

Member of the five-person Change Team within the Success Training Academy (STA) at Bosch Connected Industry (BCI). Supported the rollout of the Nexeed Industrial Application System (Nexeed IAS) at internal plants and external customers.

Focus areas

Built an Excel-based diagnostic tool with 9 weighted criteria that quantifies an organisation's need for change support on a 0–100 scale. Built an internal knowledge platform and ran usability testing on it with customers (interviews, task-based testing). Built an automated dashboard to visualise project progress across multiple teams. Ran a company-wide, multi-channel communication campaign (segmented newsletter, targeted emails, Teams channels). Produced AI-generated explainer videos using Synthesia.

What I learned

Successful change rarely fails because of the technology — it fails due to lack of acceptance, unclear ownership, or lack of transparency.

Problem

Graduating classes lack the money for their prom — and the know-how, the capital and the setting to raise a large sum for it in one go.

Execution

I designed a standardised B2B partnership model: a step-by-step playbook (the “PartyGuide”) with a traffic-light system for task timing, a clear structure of 9 teams with defined minimum and maximum sizes, and a dedicated party manager as a single point of contact. To reduce risk on the customer side, I built a two-tier guarantee model: a loss-protection guarantee kicks in once all mandatory tasks (“base points”) are completed; completing all optional tasks (“boost points”) on top guarantees a minimum profit of €2,000. I also designed optional add-on services (upfront financing via a loan of up to €3,000 at 2.5% interest, and takeover of permits and liability). To build trust, I designed a two-step sales process: a no-obligation first meeting to introduce the concept, followed by a binding second meeting for team assignment and handover of the PartyGuide. Communication was a decisive tool throughout - from the conversation in the classroom to hosting in front of 700 guests.

Result

Profit grew by more than 100% after launching the graduating-class partnership concept. On average, 570+ guests, around 642,000 people reached per event, and up to €3,000 more in the graduation fund.

Concept

Brought from Brazil to Germany: alongside strawberry cups and matcha we serve açaí, presented as a bowl and made for customers of every age.

Build-up

Systematically screened more than 50 regional street festivals across 5 criteria (size, duration, booth cost, season, target audience) and derived a suitability score from them. Ran an additional competitive analysis with a supplier comparison on price and quality, followed by a cost calculation based on variable and allocated fixed costs plus a target margin to set pricing.

Early results

A successful operation from day one, and hundreds of customers asking where we will be next.
